This Too Shall Pass

As i sit here thinking of all
the things that have happened
to me.....

And as i sit here experiencing
the feelings i'm feeling....
Watching my life and sanity
slowly slip away from me

And as the pain and misery
sadness and hurt overwhelm
me.....

And as i sit here in solitude
feeling the feelings of loneliness
knowing that i've felt these feelings
before and will mostly likely feel
them again and again......

And as the tears fall from my eyes
and as the uncontrollable fast paced
beating of my heart, as it tries to rip
and seperate itself from me ....

And as i drown in my own sorrow....
thoughts rushing through my mind
as i'm haunted over and over by dispair

And as i sit here feeling the feelings i'm
feeling and contemplating the the unthinkable
the thoughts of taking my own life...

And as i sit here in this dark whole
it finally dawns on me and suddenly i
begin to smile......

Because.....

THIS TOO SHALL PASS
