DADDY ISSUES

is it true that girls that never really had any father figures in their lives will look for them in every guy that they date?

well i know in my case my father has never been much of a factor, and yes i used to date guys that act all fatherly and i used to act all baby like towards them seeking their approval in every aspect of my life. then i realised that i was a victim of my past and i couldn't really blame the guys for what went wrong in my life but i could blame them for adding and manipulating my situation. so the only thing that was left was to ditch that whole daddy issue by actually dealing with my problem. problem being my dad.... after that it seemed that my life changed not for the better but etleast i was in control of it and not seeking anything in anyone.... but that would have never happened if hadn't been okay with who i was .....
